Off Peak in PwC
Finally!! Something for me to past my free time in office. But I also curi-curi post this up la...hehe....Can't log into my Yahoo E-Mail Account, Y! or even Friendster. Being naughty as always, I tried to log in though being warn by another VT before this. Definitely it was block by the PwC server. Ooops....hope they didnt find out who the culprit is. For the past 3 working days, I have been free all day long talking and chatting with my 2 new colleagues who sits in front of me. They are Sze Woon and Pei Zhe. Thank God they are seniors from MMU and IJC ( secondary school friends ), at least we have something in common to chat. Basically just gossip about lecturers and some of our long lost friends. Pei Sze is very Pro in Yoga. Been learning for almost 2 years ++. Whew Eet....Sze Woon always wanted to learn Yoga but till now have not started coz got no friends to accompany her. After hearing Pei Zhe talking about the benefits of Yoga, I decided to give it a try. The thing which caught me was to Detoxify my body. Well, I dont exercise so I dont sweat. Worse still, I always eat lots of junk foods and oily food with ajinomoto ( outside food ma ) so I MUST Detoxify my body. So, we're trying it out this out Wednesday or Thursday. Wish us Luck!!

Why? It is here that the remarkable research behind yoga positions proves its mettle. Seemingly unrelated “non strenuous” yoga positions act upon certain parts of the body in an interrelated manner. When done together, they work in harmony to create a situation where flexibility is attained relatively easily.
